I recently visited Finch Park with my cousin to play pickleball, and we had a great time. The courts were well-maintained, and there were plenty available, so we didnβt have to wait. The lighting made it easy to play even as the sun started to go down. We also appreciated the clean restrooms, shaded seating, and nearby water fountains. The park itself had a lot more to offer too, like a playground, splash pad, and picnic areas, making it a fun spot for families. Overall, it was a well-rounded experience, and weβll definitely be coming back.

I had such a great time! Iβm from out of town and saw these courts nearby so I decided to try them out. Iβve been playing for about 4 months so I would still consider myself a beginner. Because Iβm a beginner, Iβm always a little nervous if there will be players of a similar level at any new place I visit. Thankfully at these courts there were enough people who I felt comfortable playing against and were welcome and friendly. Iβll be back!

Great beautiful new well maintained 4 courts. I hear the upper level is for more advanced players. Not true. Iβm sort of a beginner. I have played tennis 30 years. Now want to join in on the craze. I tell people before a game my skill level. Some people were very nice donβt worry we will help you. And some got very aggravated (always some bad pickles in the barrel) and some told me to take beginner lessons like donβt come back till you learn it well. So it is not for all levels.

Courts are maintained extremely well. Sometimes youβd need a broom or leaf blower to blow off falling leaves but most of the time it isnβt needed. Great place to play with strangers and make new friends.

They have two separate enclosures strictly for pickleball; apparently the one farther east is the novice court and the one to the west is for more advanced players. There is a tennis court in between. The courts are free and they are outdoor, and you just put your paddles in the queue and rotate. Each foursome will play a game and then rotate out and next line rotates in. They have lighting of course, so you can play well into the night but if the yellow flashing light goes off you have to hit the button near the gate or else the lights shut off. Anyway we played about 6 games in two hours, and hardly had to wait long between games. It was a good place to play.
